Overview

Digital storytelling is a well established form of narrative development that incorporates diverse media types.  Everyone has a digital story to tell. Advances in Web 2.0 and social media have expanded the creative possiblities for producing and sharing personal and professional digital stories online and through mobile media.  Digital storytelling exemplifies the learner-centered and reflective aspects of metaliteracy that promote the creation and distribution of original and/or repurposed information.  In this session Bryan Alexander and Nicola Marae Allain will engage in a dialgoue about digital storytelling and metaliteracy in practice.
